1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at ops@easyqlo.com or call +91 90760 23332.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return rules.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Clothing items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags and packaging are intact.
Products that are damaged due to improper use, have opened packaging, or missing tags will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes quality check.
Refund Modes:
Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. e-Gift Cards
e-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled once issued.
5. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.
