Cancellation & Refund Policy

At EasyQlo.com, operated by FULCHAND BRANDS, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers across India.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at ops@easyqlo.com or call +91 90760 23332.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return rules.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Clothing items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • Tags and packaging are intact.
  • Products that are damaged due to improper use, have opened packaging, or missing tags will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes quality check.
  • Refund Modes:
    • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
    • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. e-Gift Cards

  • e-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled once issued.

5. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.
